難得今日放假,特登出去韓國街買Kimchi,見到一間新開日本料理 晴空,每次經過,都會食韓國料理, 見到有新野,一個人走左入去食午餐啦。入到去裝修都好企理,樓底好高,師傅出來招呼我,8掛傾下計,佢做左好多年日餐,之前係中環/銅鑼灣做開高端omakase,而家自己出來創業。我平時都鐘意食炸野,就叫左個天婦羅丼飯試下,前菜有個沙律、蒸旦及麵豉湯。個蒸旦好正呀,有蟹肉係上面,蛋入面又有海鮮,岩岩好,好滑。天婦羅炸得乾爽脆身,入口唔會太油,炸粉唔會太厚,剛剛好,yummy!7月尾會再同朋友去試下食omakase,佢有$800及$1000揀,價錢都吸引,師傅做開高端omakase,希望到時有驚喜啦!
