十二風味,當然就係講緊呢個12種唔同口味嘅壽司。不過,獨特之處就在於唔係握壽司🍣 而係小丼飯——一個小玻璃杯嘅份量 Sushi Cup 12風味之中,就只有四味係魚類刺身:詞語,油甘魚,三文魚,吞拿魚蓉。另外好食嘅係魚生刺身以外嘅其他種類食物。例如有:蟹肉蟹膏,大虎蝦,海膽,煮鮑魚,黃金魷魚⋯⋯呢啲「非魚類」嘅刺身表現都比起其他出邊嘅餐廳高質。海膽新鮮清甜,冇奇怪味道;赤貝軟身可口;蟹肉都算係清甜嘅。我本人首推帶子😍 肉質鮮美!牛油果軟殼蟹手卷即叫即炸嘅味道一樣,而且手卷由頭到尾都足料,分量配搭適宜,唔會咬開材料流/漏晒出嚟,簡潔到位~燒帆立貝(連貝殼)佢係用芝士牛油🧈千島醬汁燒、就不是炭燒。其實呢種醬汁基本上味道係冇得輸,不過因為帆立貝被切碎咗,見唔到原隻,就有少少可惜
