上海菜係我其中一樣至愛嘅菜式,不過坊間嘅上海菜飯店太多,並唔係每一間都好食。今次去時代廣場嘅小南國,我覺得算係有驚喜。最簡單嘅雞油炒豆苗,佢都炒得生熟程度剛剛好,保持到蔬菜嘅鮮嫩,又唔會太硬。我嘅至愛係蜜汁火方,小南國嘅蜜汁火方除咗火腿鹹香撲鼻之外,蜜汁仲加咗大量桂花,令到香氣更上一層樓。甜度適中,放喺貝殼形嘅包點裏邊,簡直相得益彰。仲有砂鍋雲吞雞,個雞我就一般好少食,但係個雲吞皮薄餡靚,雞湯味濃郁,飲完一碗即刻想再飲另一碗。仲有一個煮食係上海粗炒,味道都好好,講開都想返去再食。
