To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次幫襯這間集團式的咖啡店，心想同S品牌和P品牌的鋪頭一樣。但想不到他的品質的確是高了其他品牌一級。Caffè Muscovado Ginger，這杯咖啡給我的感覺有三個層次，純白滑滑的忌廉和綿密的奶泡，中間是香濃的咖啡層，底層是溫和的薑味。我首先品嚐了每一層的味道，的確是做得非常之出色。忌廉的奶泡打得非常之細滑和綿密，入口的感覺非常舒服。咖啡的味道非常香濃，薑味亦不會太搶和辣。這杯咖啡做得非常出色。Caffè Brulee，這杯咖啡第一眼望上去有黃金咖啡的感覺。因為這杯面層鋪上了焦脆的黃糖，再加上兩粒咖啡豆的點綴，看上來更加有美感。飲起杯咖啡有香濃綿滑的感覺。在品嚐咖啡的同時你要將糖面整碎才能融入咖啡內，確實有其特色。熱情果芒果蛋糕，給我的味蕾有衝擊的感覺。因為配上熱情果的關係，蛋糕並不衹是甜的味道。熱情果的酸味和芒果及忌廉的甜味形成強烈的對比。如果不喜歡酸味的感覺就不要嘗試這款蛋糕。但我非常享受這款蛋糕的味道，誠意推薦。雜莓配蛋白糖霜的甜品也不錯，如果可以改善的話，將酸甜的味覺提昇，中和蛋白糖霜餅的甜味。這樣可以形成味蕾的強烈對比感覺。
