今日同幾個女仔朋友去花墟行下,之後我地想食日本菜,經過旺角警署對面,見到呢間新開既日本餐廳都蠻多人等位,就去試下啦 門口安排我地入座的侍應好好禮貌呀,仲有椅子比我地坐低,未有位望下餐牌先,佢好細心講解呀,又介紹啲菜式係乜、點製作,而家出面好少呢d服務lu 好快有位喇, 一入到店,裝修好舒服,好有日本居酒屋既feel,係我鐘意既style 雖然餐廳只有十多桌,但服務員都好似有成五個,環境都唔錯幾舒服,座位之間亦算寛闊,上菜速度合理,中間有時間吹吓水,又唔會趕人走咁 至於味道,我地幾個女仔都覺得樣樣都唔錯,尤其是刺身好新鮮,帶子好甜好肉地 食飽走喇.....出到門口才見到玻璃門貼住都市日報的採訪,主廚曾在澳門的Robuchon a Galera學習法國菜,他們除用料新鮮外,烹調方法也不馬虎...... 真係一間有誠意的日本料理, 質素媲美高級西餐廳出品的Fine Dining菜式,值得大家一試,尤其係服務好,唔會掃大家興,我地已約好下星期再去呀
