周末游香港特意提前book位到鮨山月体验“盲盒”lunch 开盒的结果好满意啊！环境：原木色调的装潢，暖黄色的灯光，板前座位宽敞舒适，可以近距离欣赏师傅的料理艺术，简直就是一场视觉盛宴！当天为我们制作料理的是东师傅东师傅好靓仔啊啊啊啊！认真工作个样好有型！服务：服务员好亲切下单前还会贴心地询问是否有忌口。茶水也是及时添满，听到我和先生倾计时说某个鱼类觉得腥个阵及时替我同师傅沟通系后续的上菜时更换了更适合我口味的鱼类食材：新鲜度爆表，每一口都是惊喜Omakase的魅力就在于未知的惊喜，而这家店的食材新鲜度可以打满分！我和先生最喜欢的是深海池鱼寿司！鱼肉甘香清甜半熟的虾寿司也比全生和全熟的虾更甜更有风味金枪鱼中腹色泽红润诱人，口感丰满大腹油脂丰盈，入口即化海胆和三文鱼籽鲜甜浓郁，仿佛能尝到大海的味道这是一场值得回味的味蕾之旅总的来说，鮨山月无论是环境、服务还是食材品质，我都非常满意！系我下次去香港会再次选择的日料店
