之前係報紙上知道呢間餐廳個老闆以前係五星級酒店嘅廚師,加上上網望過價錢唔貴,所以間唔時都會過黎食下。我自己就好喜歡佢哋呢個黑蒜燉湯,平時睇報紙都知道核酸有益健康,但係好少餐廳會用呢一個材料嚟去發揮,佢呢個黑蒜燉湯,飲落去味道鹹甜,加上瘦肉,幾好飲。之後叫左另一個都係燉湯,就係非常好飲。再之後,我哋叫咗個鮮蝦腸粉,蝦大大粒,腸粉新鮮拉,非常滑,豉油調製得微甜,非常夾。再之後我地叫左一份蒸飯,用上荷葉,材料係龍躉斑頭,非常滑,另外加咗蒜蓉,亦都非常香口;飲底係炒過,更有心思。黑松露燒賣,一份兩粒,蝦膠大大粒,彈牙,黑松露香口。最後叫咗飯黃金炒大蝦,呢個真係極力推薦,因為蝦大大嚿,非常多蝦羔,而且鹹蛋炸出來,非常香口。
