喺尖沙咀行行吓見到呢間泰國菜非常吸引,裝修好有泰國風情,氣氛好悠閒寫意,無論係兩個人嚟拍吓拖拖,又或者朋友敘舊都好啱。🙋🏻‍♀️首先,泰式燒豬頸肉外皮微微焦脆,內裡肉質嫩滑又唔會過油膩,配埋酸辣嘅泰式醬汁,非常美味。🐷之後我哋再點咗辣椒膏炒鮮魷,呢道菜用上咗新鮮嘅魷魚,魷魚肉質鮮嫩彈牙,完全冇過火煮到變韌嘅問題,辣椒膏嘅香辣味道非常濃郁,帶有少少泰國獨特嘅酸辣風味,魷魚吸收咗醬汁嘅精華。🦑接住就係泰式肉碎煎蛋飯,呢個可以話係經典泰式家常菜。肉碎炒得香口惹味,香氣四溢,再配上一隻香煎蛋,蛋黃微微流心,混合埋肉碎同白飯一齊食,味道層次豐富。🍳最好食係蒜香牛油雞中翼,外皮香脆,內裡肉質嫩滑多汁,蒜香同牛油嘅香氣濃郁。🍗
