一向都好鍾意食潮州菜,最近發現尖沙咀呢間新開嘅潮藝館,就決定同屋企人試吓。首先係胡椒豬肚湯,有蠟燭熱住啲湯,飲落辣辣哋,好暖胃,豬肚唔腥,仲有鹹菜,好正。沙嗲牛肉炒芥蘭份量都唔少,芥蘭幾新鮮爽口,沙嗲牛肉好淋好食。普寧炸豆腐幾有驚喜,炸到外面好脆,入面啲豆腐好滑,仲有鹽水點,食落冇咁熱氣。懷舊春菜煲有好多春菜,煲到冧晒咁好入味,同啲肥豬腩肉一齊食,夠哂正宗,好好味。另外嗌咗個蠔仔肉碎泡飯,蠔仔夠多,又肥美,有薑絲同埋豬肉碎,好大煲差啲食唔晒。甜品試咗燕麥一口薯,有四舊,好精緻。主要係暖暖哋嘅紫薯,配埋燕麥同糖,好特別。
