Restaurant: JASMINE (Festival Walk)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 琴晚飯聚,食6:00pm,八月花指定要7:45埋單,準7:45經理請我們埋單,但其實當時大把空枱,門外亦冇人等位,店鋪不懂變通,客人走左,更顯冷清。話說我們點了一個藕片炒山藥蘆筍,係Menu是整頁彩照,看來吸引,沒料到上桌的菜像未炒過的湯榨,得幾片,我們請經理重換一碟,第二碟多了幾片,但還是很勉強,沒想過大集團是如此離譜,$118價錢,加埋一成$130,真是超唔值,令人失望。不過值得一讚,係經理先生一值態度良好,抵讚。
