琴晚走咗去試新店食拉麵,聽講這店係用雞湯底以雞為主,並非我哋常見嘅豬骨湯底拉麵。拉開門見到店面唔係好大,店員見到我哋都即刻上前打招呼,廚房就係open kitchen咁望到個師傅煮緊嘢。餐牌上面有幾款面選擇,有湯面或沾面,我哋揀咗辛味噌和海老味噌,枱面上面有醬油丶芝蔴同埋一支似係生果醋。等咗5分鐘左右有野食啦😊辛味噌面我見到紅色嘅湯,最搶眼係隻鹵蛋,係流心蛋,好味,蛋黃好香。面條有筋度,唔會煮到好淋。有片雞肉嘅叉燒,第一次食,口感滑過豬叉燒👍🏻仲有紫菜丶木耳絲丶蔥絲。重點係個湯,雞湯底好明顯同豬骨湯底唔同,佢都濃味但係同豬骨煲出嚟嘅唔同,有種少少的甜味,唔係好識形容果種甜味。海老味噌一樣有流心蛋丶雞叉燒丶木耳絲丶蔥絲,湯底味比辛味噌湯底清一點,有點海鮮湯味,味道都係濃郁。另外我再叫咗煎餃,煎餃係日式果種,佢配埋個餃子汁點嚟食係好好味👍🏻食完之後果幾個鐘我係冇覺得口渴👍🏻下次會再嚟食沾麵試吓😊
