To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晩試了新開在銅鑼灣的人氣車仔麵永年士多,果然深受歡迎。以乾淨簡潔為主,與一般傳統車仔麵店截然不同。Menu 的食物選擇很多抹茶紅豆冰 ($15) 有驚喜,真的很多紅豆!抹茶味也很濃郁,又不會太甜,可以一試。常然要試車仔麵吧,我這個五餸的有魚皮、蘿蔔、 流心蛋、雞翼、 豬皮的油麵 ($59)。餸菜滿滿的,非常豐富。如果你也與我一樣喜歡流心蛋,就必定要試。油麵彈牙美味,我要了細辣的湯底,辣得過癮。最後還點了個新鮮爽口的菜心 ($20)
