越北菜在香港非常罕見,在網絡上看到灣仔,有一間新開的越北菜,便來試試。這裏的裝修非常簡約,座位約有30個,卻令人感覺舒服。新鮮青檸梳打$38,青檸的香甜味,配合梳打水的清淡,入口非常舒服。北越鹹檸吉仔水$38,鹹檸檬的鹹酸味,加上吉仔的香氣,非常清新。老街魚露燒豬肉伴檬粉$88,檬粉很像米粉的質地,煙煙靭靭。燒豬肉的醬汁,帶點酸甜辣味,令到肥膩感減退,不知不覺之間,混合了檬粉,已經很快將它吃掉了。香露蒜頭炒時菜$68,鑊氣十足的菜芯,配合蒜頭的香氣,十分惹味。香辣香葉炒藍貝$168,九重塔和香茅的香氣,帶起了藍貝的鮮甜味,作為頭盤,確實不錯。椰汁喇沙煮海螺$148,海螺爽口彈牙,加上廚師以椰青的水,混合了椰肉的醬汁,非常鮮甜。
