港人喜歡自助餐的程度真是瘋狂,平常的午市及晚市時段已不能滿足他們,中間還要加插下午茶或宵夜時段,實行一日三餐皆是自助餐才開心。話說早前有一間酒店增設了一個非常夜的宵夜時段,吸引了不少附近的住客或演唱會的觀眾。然而這裡卻新增設了一個十分適合工作繁忙的客人的時段。 這個宵夜自助餐是新增設的,由八時開始,至十一時完結,時間彈性地讓客人多一個選擇。皆因現今的打工仔都要超班加時工作,沒有七八點也不能下班,來到剛好。地點設在剛完成裝修的The Lounge,環境寬敞,樓底又高,感覺舒適。 可能大家都會會從凍海鮮著手,不過款式就真的很少,只有凍蝦及青口,喜歡吃的朋友會有點失望。可是,轉換另一個角度來說,其他食物會相對地豐富得多,例如刺身及壽司,做得很精緻,重質不重量。 相反地,喜歡沙律的朋友不愁寂寞,很多款新鮮的蔬菜,自由配撘,旁邊有真正的冰鎮沙律,保證冰涼爽脆。還有一系列的預拌沙律及冷盤,其中巴馬火腿油香不錯,配上甜美的哈蜜瓜,以及以刁草醃的三文魚,令人垂涎。 還有數款芝士、麵包、烤蔬菜及中式或韓或泡菜作頭盤,小弟非常喜歡吃烤燈籠椒及茄子的,拿了不少,而甜酸齋真是甚有特式,喜出望

中場休息,就來碗中式老火湯,正是北芪杞子馬蹄螺頭雞湯,很清甜,可以滋潤一下。同時,還有些心如蝦餃燒賣,賣相不錯。

入正題了,一系列熱盤放在眼前,先是燒味,叉燒看上去很對辨,肥瘦適中又厚切,旁邊更有燒乳鴿,兩款也正合我意。喜歡吃蟹的人絕對不錯過避風塘炒蟹,香濃惹味;可是最多人搶著吃的必定是蠔皇燜鮑魚,燜得軟腍入味,好吃;辣酒煮花螺都煮得很好,帶點辣勁。

最大驚喜絕對就是有小弟最喜歡的海南雞飯及北京填鴨,填鴨更是廚師即叫即製的,鴨皮還有少許的香脆;旁邊就可以看見大廚不斷烹調著燒大蝦,有兩款口味是牛油及辣茄醬,各有特式,就是這兩個檔位排著長長人龍,證明是最受歡迎的。
