To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到左一年一度嘅大閘蟹當造期,吸啜蟹膏嘅慾望要爆發啦~唔想就住就住想喪食大閘蟹就一定要揀放題,但係只食大閘蟹又太boring,如果又可以任食片皮鴨又點諗?!富臨皇宮大閘蟹2小時放題,仲連片皮鴨、主菜、小食、甜品、啤酒任飲任食,再包每位原隻蠔皇鮑魚、花膠雞湯和蟹粉扒豆苗~~大閘蟹有三款口味揀:清蒸、花雕和鹽焗,最入味嘅要數鹽焗,不過入唔入味就其次,靚唔靚先係重點!總共叫咗三rounds,第二round啲蟹最靚,滿滿的蟹黃蟹膏,放題都有呢個質素絕對冇蝕底呢度啲片皮鴨不嬲都好食,所以冇complain仲想讚美一下花膠雞湯,好有雞味,花膠夠腍身,好高質,要趁熱飲
