To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 門面就透出一陣懷舊風情,入到去,水泥天花板襯埋木質裝飾,型格中又帶啲復古。叫咗個雲耳蒸雞,呢味餸真係有驚喜。雞肉嘅質素好高,蒸得火候啱啱好,嫩滑得嚟又唔會腍到冇口感,而且超級入味。雲耳爽口彈牙,吸滿咗雞汁嘅精華,同雞肉嘅嫩滑形成咗好正嘅口感對比。呢個雲耳蒸雞嘅味道,同我喺韓國食過嘅烤雞相比,一個係清淡鮮美,突出食材本味,一個係濃郁香辣,充滿異國風情。再講埋嗰碗白飯,米質唔錯,粒粒分明,用嚟撈雲耳蒸雞嘅汁一流。搭配嘅凍飲都好解膩,同成個餐好夾。不過呢,都有少少唔足。雲耳蒸雞嘅份量如果可以再多啲就好喇,對於大胃人士嚟講,可能唔太夠喉。而且價錢方面,成個餐大概56蚊,喺同類餐廳入面算係中等偏上。講到雲耳蒸雞呢味餸,真係好有感情。以前細個喺屋企,屋企人成日會蒸雞,雲耳吸滿雞汁嘅香味,食落去好有家嘅味道。而家喺餐廳食到,雖然唔同屋企嘅味道有啲差異,但都勾起好多童年回憶,喺呢個繁華嘅城市入面,搵到呢種熟悉嘅味道,真係好難得,好似畀咗自己一個溫暖嘅慰藉。
