雖然今晚下起雨來,但也無損我出外吃甜品的雅興,待晚餐都消化後,我們約10時半便去屋企附近的糖宮吃吃甜品。餐牌圖文並荗,部份甜品也頗吸引,例如非常流行的鯛魚燒,可是剛剛吃飽也容不下這類班的甜品。價錢一般屬市場水平,但現在於糖宮的Facebook page check-in還有$2元的優惠。我們點了兩個心太軟,分別是香蕉味和綠茶味。先來的是香蕉心太軟,輕輕一切內裡的半溶香蕉流心已像噴泉一樣湧出來,熱騰騰的香蕉流心非常香,香蕉很濃厚,而心太軟的蛋糕也很鬆軟。可是焗製的時間有點不足夠,令香蕉流心過多,部份還流到檯上。綠茶心太軟的流心沒有那麼「洶湧澎湃」,這半熟流心質感便剛剛好,蛋糕軟熟,而半溶的綠茶醬香之如還帶陣陣綠茶苦澀味,相當香口。這綠茶味不太濃厚,較易入口。南北杏雪耳燉木瓜(熱)雖然沒有什麼特別,可是在這寒風底下,吃起來份外滋潤,唯木瓜份量太少。榴槤椰椰(凍)就是榴槤燉椰皇吧,內裡用料包括奶、蛋白、小丸子、榴槤等等,比起平時的燉椰皇,這還多了非常香濃的榴槤香,想不到榴槤和燉椰皇也可以這樣搭配。小丸子很有咬勁,煙煙韌韌。
