To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚和朋友,共4個人,相約在屯門時代廣場稻香聚餐,order了兩隻一蚊一隻雞,一條東星斑、上湯澳龍伊麵、蟹肉扒雙蔬、鮑魚氣鍋湯、蒜蓉蒸開邊蝦,除了隻雞同鮑魚湯入得口外,其他的真係超難食,上湯龍蝦伊麵,無上湯只有一patpat有怪味芡汁,龍蝦過火又有押味,條斑又係蒸到過哂籠,雙蔬用了西蘭花和脆肉瓜,脆肉瓜未熟,放入口咬一口好勁青味,唔見有蟹肉,只見有白色嘢,但不是蟹肉,又有怪味芡汁,蝦不新鮮,有些霉咗
