To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 記得細個嘅時候去酒樓飲茶通常都係好多依依叔叔推住車仔叫賣,所以我哋搵位通常都會想要近住廚房嘅位置,咁就會見到最多嘅點心車。後來有咗點心counter可以自己出去攞點心,之後有咗點心紙,每台自己喺枱面度tick tick tick,之後就有得食。慢慢,點心車就買少見少。天氣熱熱地一疊涼菜係好好嘅開胃菜,茄子皮嘅顏色依然保持着紫色,日式麻醬係一個冇得輸嘅調味,簡單開胃易用。雖然見到點心車實在開心,但點心車嘅另一個問題係食物擺喺點心車道可能要兜好耐。保溫效果要顧及,有時點心會蒸得太耐。好似呢一度碧綠帶子腸粉本來好鮮味,但由於蒸得太耐腸粉皮嘅質感就已經唔好食了。廿蝦餃亦面對同樣問題,倒汗水浸住蝦餃嘅底部...栗子西米布甸細細碟唔係太甜我幾喜歡,而西米布甸加上一粒粒切碎左嘅栗子甜到保持得剛好之餘亦有口感,不過溫度提高一點會更好。我會唔會好fancy為咗點心車嚟呢度飲茶呢?帶外國朋友來可能會嘅,自己就未必嚟啦,因為我見唔到架煎腸粉蘿蔔糕車。
