To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在荔枝角區,很難得有星馬菜,Bugis已不是第一次幫襯,因為食物質素不錯,所以偶爾都會食一次。我至愛的是這裡的肉骨茶湯麵,湯味濃厚,富藥材的香味,排骨雖然恰得很林,但沒有令肉味流失,豆卜浸於肉骨茶內,入晒味。裡面還有一隻滷水蛋,很豐富。不過今次湯底比較濃,鹹左少少。同事叫了娘惹咖哩雞飯,雞件切得頗大件,鮮味欠奉,咖哩汁味淡,奶味比較重,完全沒有咖哩的辣味及香味,比之前食的巴東牛肉飯差很遠。但這裡的斑蘭檸檬薏米水一定要試,斑蘭味其實沒有,但薏米很多,加上檸檬酸很好味。初次食這站真的有驚喜,但食多幾次,感覺有點差距了。

同事叫了娘惹咖哩雞飯,雞件切得頗大件,鮮味欠奉,咖哩汁味淡,奶味比較重,完全沒有咖哩的辣味及香味,比之前食的巴東牛肉飯差很遠。

但這裡的斑蘭檸檬薏米水一定要試,斑蘭味其實沒有,但薏米很多,加上檸檬酸很好味。
