To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 離晒譜，三點前落單，大半個鐘後話乜都無！

好失望。服務唔得，嘢食普通，最少唔會再黎食下午茶。下午茶兩點半先開始，兩點前去攞飛都要等到兩點九先入座。平日都好多人。侍應話要三點前叫炸嘢同腸粉，話廚房收，如果唔係之後都冇。咁我兩點九入座，咪即刻落單囉，落單嘅時候侍應都冇話唔得，點知大半個鐘後侍應就走黎話腸粉無。於是順便問埋另一樣炸嘢點解咁耐都未到, 點知侍應先好理所當然咁話三點後炸嘢冇，嬲到震！！！！客觀講，除左沙茶鴛鴦肚係好食之外其他嘢都好普通，可以唔駛再黎。
