廣東人做雞既方法有好多種,食得多港式既做法不妨又試下外國人既做法.wingman其實都開左一段時間,近日再係灣仔開左間新分店,適逢今日星期六休閒d就去左試下.叫得wingman,當然係黎個雞翼全餐吧.雞翼分左2種組別:乾身同濕身,另有特製口味.今次係乾身同濕身之中各揀左一款口味.蒙古燒烤味一上枱就聞到好濃既孜然粉味,雞翼雖然係用烤但烤得十分乾身及脆身而且微帶焦香十分惹味.加上粒粒芝麻咬落脆卜卜又多重芝麻香.咬落除左孜然味香外,仲帶點黑胡椒微微刺激既辣味.日本吉列咖哩味第亘開見到真係好有日式吉列feel,外層雞翼皮見到粒粒麵包糠碎,咬落十分鬆化,一咬聽到治癒既咔嚓咔嚓聲,入口唔會好油膩.配上日式咖哩醬帶點甜甜地好香,略嫌日式咖哩醬較稀,杰身返少少會更濃郁.越式手撕雞翼蒸包,蒸包軟綿得黎又唔會痴牙,比較淡味既蒸包,有蒸包內既配菜仲有青瓜絲,紅蘿蔔絲同醃大根絲,入口爽脆清新,兩者啱啱好平衡返比較香辣重口味既手斯雞翼.係蒸包面上仲落左蛋黃醬令口感更濃密香甜.松露薯條炸得香脆,薯條係幼切咬落特別脆身,沾上松露醬味道帶淡淡松露香,唔會太濃掩蓋左薯條既薯味.Lemonade,清爽又酸酸甜甜,食完咁多

走前睇佢地門口發現原來佢地逢星期三做緊$5雞翼promotion之餘平日做緊$88 lunch set包晒6隻雞翼+前菜+配菜同飲品咁抵食,下次一定再要試下其他味道.
