見越開越多,終於的起心肝走來試試。沒理由不叫雞扒藕餅飯。招牌雞扒又確是有其特色,聲稱即叫即煎,薄薄的雞皮煎得脆而不肥不油,雞肉質感亦幾嫩滑。兩塊熱辣的藕餅應是即炸起,相當香,而且同樣並不油膩。不過食落就覺豬肉與蓮藕的比例失了平衡,半肥瘦豬肉似乎過多,吃不到有幾多蓮藕。另一碟滷豆腐豬軟骨飯就不過不失。預早整定,豬軟骨且有點鞋口。兩碟差不多價錢,比起雞藕飯就欠了點誠意。抱住幾大期望來試,雖然都算不錯,不過就不致令人感覺震撼。如果食厭了一般茶餐廳的普通雞扒煮法,這裏不失為另一選擇。
