To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 約了好久不見的朋友見面因為大家都剛放工,正值hungry mode, 所以都無影相素鵝: 上檯仲係暖身,入口唔鞋,平時我無叫的,但又幾好食脆鱔: 好味, 酸酸甜甜的雲吞雞湯: 呢個反而比較一般,無咩特別,偏鹹松子桂魚: 魚都脆口,d醬汁都唔錯蜜汁火方;好味唔係死甜炒菜: 個味都ok 炒年糕: 都唔錯,但同樣偏鹹煎小籠包: 全晚最期待! 果然值得期待,雖然個皮同蒸的比就厚d,但都幾好味甜品: 棗泥鍋餅 都係暖暖的,唔會太甜其實成餐嘢都係不過不失,除咗個煎小籠包比較期待外,其他都ok..雖然唔算驚喜,但其實食物水準都平均ok 裝修其實唔錯,但唔知係咪樓底矮,有d嘈嘈到落單都要落幾次。。。
