薑蔥炒肉蟹(兩隻) @$328: 味道很足夠, 調味剛剛好, 但蟹肉不是非常的結實, 肉蟹新鮮度不足夠, 或許牠們不是活蹦亂跳的蟹, XO醬翡翠炒海螺片 @$0: 海螺片切得很薄很薄, 爽脆爽脆, 但有少量芹菜不夠熱, 只是微溫,  治味冰爽鳳爪 @$48: 冰凍的鳳爪吃下去是麻麻的味道, 夏天的一道前菜, 不錯不錯, 金蒜銀絲蒸聖子(兩隻) @$76: 聖子蒸過時了, 像在咬橡皮筋似的, 粉絲被蒸到乾涸了, 蔥香油鹽焗軟殼蟹 @$38: 整隻軟殼蟹油亮亮的, 完全不脆口, 而且真的太油膩了, 雪燕焦糖燉蛋 @$48: 酒樓都有西式甜品供應, 雖然焦糖真的燒焦了, 但很脆, 燉蛋也滑溜溜的, 不太甜, 合格!!!
