今日出開街去銅鑼灣一於試下呢一間串燒好出名嘅舖頭,第一度菜想清清地所以叫咗一個池魚刺身,呢一種質感嘅魚就好似一塊薄嘅三文魚但係更加有咬口。跟住就試咗雞軟骨,啱啱燒好真係零舍好味!和牛他他,呢一個真係不得了呀非常嫩滑,好juicy...!跟住就是咗平時出面串燒店少有嘅黑豚肉,佢嘅黑豚肉油脂比例分佈平均,就算成擔脂肪食咗落後口都唔覺!再叫咗廣島蠔同白鱔,廣島蠔都幾大隻不過白鱔就更加令我喜歡!因為燒咗出嚟塊皮仲係超級香脆但係魚肉仲留住喺非常嫩滑嘅狀態!雖然開始有啲飽但都叫咗呢度嘅必點名菜,咸牛肉飯卷,鍾意食飯焦嘅朋友可以試下呢個,面頭脆卜卜,配埋燒香咗嘅鹹牛肉食感覺一流。之後就嚟咗一個牛拼盤,有牛舌、牛沙瓜、牛肚,三個都燒得好惹味,不過跟住仲有最好味嘅重頭戲!叫咗一個我鍾意去居酒屋必點既蟹甲燒,呢度嘅蟹甲燒價錢相宜而且仲有海膽!!!!再來就係平時出面通常都係免治雞肉棒嘅免治牛肉棒,感覺其實同食雞肉差唔多但係就多咗一份牛香。最後喺好飽嘅狀態食咗一碟非常好味嘅牛橫隔肌燒,有齊四款口味,真係幾飽都要叫呀!
