聽朋友講先知INN喺銅鑼灣開咗分店，環境仲唔錯添，鍾意食下午茶嘅，就梗係同阿妹一齊去試吓，呢款係鹹點都過甜點嘅tea set鹹點方面，幾鍾意鴨肝幕斯，無花果淡淡嘅味道襯托出鴨肝嘅香氣，黑魚子煙三文魚西米薄脆既煙三文魚質素相當唔錯，西米薄脆仲係第一次試添，可以增加三文魚嘅口感，另外矜貴嘅係龍蝦多士，加埋醬汁嘅調味亦都唔錯甜點方面，巴斯克芝士蛋糕比較鬆軟，採取輕芝士嘅做法，甜度適中，鮮果撻嘅生果新鮮，入面嘅吉士醬都幾好食，撻底酥脆除咗叫咗經典黑咖啡提提神之外，我都叫咗杯Latte 用嘅咖啡豆都唔錯，上面仲有拉花
