To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 講起中國菜系,很多時都離不開淮洋菜,先是用材講究、而菜式亦是精雕細琢非常考功夫,就如紅樓夢中也有不少出自淮揚菜。今晚與好久不見的朋友聚會,選了這間淮揚菜餐廳,真是令人回味。進入餐廳時已令你相當期待,月門裝飾已經散發出東方韻味,令人聯想到昔日十里洋場的感覺。隨即更聽到駐場歌手演繹出首首上海名曲,非常有韻味。(而且真係唱得相當出色)餐牌內有多款傳統的淮揚菜選擇,以及有時令美的盛夏淮揚饗宴。蓑衣黃瓜呢排天氣咁熱,當然先點一份清爽前菜,蓑衣黃瓜上菜時已經可以看到師傅刀功非常有功架,味道方面黃瓜爽脆,而賣相就加了不少分數。雪菜筍絲蒸貴妃蚌口感豐富,亦是我今晚最喜歡的一個菜式,貴妃蚌上放滿雪菜、鮮竹筍絲原來呢個組合真係相當合襯,單吃雪菜已經覺得相當滿足,加上將肥美的貴妃蚌及雪菜筍絲同吃,更加一發不可收拾,層次豐富之餘,更加鮮味難忘。花雕酒糟四寶賣相精緻,以鵝肝、鮑魚、鮮蝦、毛豆配上花雕同制,每吃一件也嚐出陣陣酒香,啱哂夏天用嚟消暑。脆煎灌湯小籠包一個灌湯小籠包相當新鮮的做法,灌湯小籠包先蒸後煎,再用鐵板上枱,比傳統小籠包多了一份香脆的口感,味道不錯。濃湯金華魚卷又一考牌菜式,需要師傅將鮮魚拆肉起骨

又一考牌菜式,需要師傅將鮮魚拆肉起骨,
再輕輕將魚肉捲上蘆筍、金華腿絲。
味道方面亦是出色,魚肉鮮嫩滑溜,
加上蘆筍及金華火腿,在品嚐原味同時帶點鹹鮮。

今晚整體都相當出色,特別餐廳環境及駐場歌手嘅歌喉,令你更加享受款款淮揚菜式。
