我有在灣仔食開,嗰邊熱到辣手,放工貪方便去佐敦食,比完錢即刻比碟嘢我。不出所料,隻雞只能用微溫嚟形容,同灣仔嗰邊比較,爭幾條街!撇除成見,嚟都嚟咗,梗係要食落去啦。不過如果隻雞唔夠熱,啲雞皮又點會脆呢?跟住食到一半,鷄脾肉痴住條骨~即係熟唔透😑
我覺得咁樣做法,唔似想保持去灣仔路線嘅水準同招牌,我唔知係唔係買個名返嚟做,下次想去食燒雞,都係去返灣仔了。
