位於佐敦廟街的TERA @tera_pancake 由法國藍帶廚師主理主打梳乎厘班戟及窩夫除恆常款式外還有每日限定SPECIAL口味班戟此外更有甜品🥧法式檸檬蛋白批流心芝士撻店面沿用日本寺廟的概念營造出簡潔的風格.士多啤梨雲呢拿梳乎厘班戟🥞由於去嗰陣已經好晏所以冇機會試每日限定之前喺香港梳乎厘PANCAKE關注組睇到討論見唔少人好評呢間結果冇介紹錯🍓碰上草莓季草莓當做每一啖伴隨草莓的香甜和忌廉的幼滑共有三層梳乎厘班戟非走厚燒Pancake路線但夠輕盈鬆軟富蛋香動L~所以食完都有飽腹感.香蕉海鹽焦糖窩夫🧇估唔到窩夫比梳乎厘班戟更有驚喜好高水準窩夫厚身外微脆內鬆軟即叫即整夠哂熱辣辣而且超濃蛋香味焦糖也不過甜更有海鹽提味香蕉軟綿香甜🍌配搭雲朵般的忌廉輕盈不膩灑上合桃增添口感食得出法國藍帶廚師的功架美中不足的是欠一杯靚拉花店內主打精選茶類
