放假去左長沙灣隱蔽台式小店「巷•弄」食午餐😍,店舖雖然細細間,但佈置充滿台式書卷風味,牆壁上都寫上一些很有意思的字句👍,可令食客靜化心靈,好治癒呀!🥰餐牌設計上,看出店主亦花了不少心思,手繪食物非常吸睛😍😍1.台灣紅燒牛肉🐂麵🍜($68)自家改良的紅燒牛肉麵,湯底好濃郁,原來用左20-30斤牛骨加香料熬近10小時,牛肉更是選用金錢腱😍,半肉半筋,完全不油不膩👍,紅燒汁亦浸煮大約3小時,唔怪之D肉咁淋咁入味👍👍,牛肉控一定要試呀😆😆2.十二小時慢煮豬軟骨🐷麵🍜($68)湯底同樣濃郁,豬軟骨用左12 小時慢煮,軟腍入味😋😋😋,入口即化,而D麵條亦軟硬度適中,正👍👍,最鐘意❤️無油膩感,唔會食完滯下滯下👍👍3.花枝丸午餐另加$20,可以試指定小食,原本想叫呢度出名好食嘅鹽酥雞,但已經售馨😅😅,幸好花技丸都ok 呀,不過如果有埋酸甜酱就更好食😋😋😋

1.台灣紅燒牛肉🐂麵🍜($68)

午餐另加$20,可以試指定小食,原本想叫呢度出名好食嘅鹽酥雞,但已經售馨😅😅,幸好花技丸都ok 呀,不過如果有埋酸甜酱就更好食😋😋😋
