今日終於遇到一生中覺得最好食嘅叉燒!廿幾歲人,食過唔少唔同鋪頭嘅燒鵝呀、切雞、叉燒等等。呢間真係算數一數二我食過咁多間覺得最好有心,好食,每碟菜式都好出色。《黑椒燒鵝》下裝$120呢度嘅招牌菜,燒鵝肉超滑,仍然有餘溫,鵝汁鵝油好香。配上黑椒鵝汁作點綴,成件事無咁膩,又有入甘香。鵝皮仲係脆口架...望一望鋪頭後面,原來有自家工場燒鵝,唔怪得咁新鮮啦!《三日醉香珍肝》$28又一間可以將內臟扭轉成日美食嘅餐廳。雞肝入口即溶,好綿,個汁好有酒味,可以辟腥同解膩。《鵝底油撈麵》$23由一招牌菜,呢個撈麵色澤好夠,一上枱就有好香油香味。配燒味一流。《叉燒拼切雞》$58 嘩個叉燒真係好好食!!一入口,雙眼即刻發光,半肥瘦適中!黎到一定要試,下次我都要想砍料返屋企俾屋企人試。
