這間隱世居酒屋非常有特色,餐廳外牆旁掛著紅紅燈籠🏮,雖然地點好像隱蔽一些,但也很容易搵到。居酒屋內裡座位雖小但五臟俱全,串燒位置架撐齊全,還有有個清酒櫃放滿各式各樣地道不同品種的清酒🍶。店主也非常親切及貼心。首先師傅放了隻碟內有些前菜,特別醃製的蘿蔔件和白粟米,吃下非常清甜爽脆很清新,而青檸🍋‍🟩是一陣燒好的串燒用作調味的。池魚BB🐟超脆身的池魚BB很鮮甜好味,原條炸得夠香脆很乾身,輕輕點一下七味粉沙律醬令味道更鮮美。櫻花蝦炸豆腐🦐櫻花蝦很爽脆蝦味突出配合炸豆腐一起吃,令口感提升而豆腐炸後仍很嫩滑。雞心喉管🐤雞心喉管第一次食,味道鮮甜煙煙韌韌幾特別。雞頸肉🐥豬頸肉就食得多而雞頸肉也是第一次食,肉質彈牙爽脆又有油香好鮮味。扇貝 2只🦪今日新鮮返貨即叫兩只試吓,嘩…一上桌熱辣辣有一份酒香味飄過,原來師傅用了少許酒及醬汁煮過扇貝,令味道更加鮮甜美味。美國牛小排🥩這串牛小排很厚身,肉質嫩腍牛味很濃郁,點了些芥末更加突出其牛肉的味道。黑毛豚肉五花腩🐽五花腩油脂分布平均,燒得很香脆肉汁仍鎖住,很爽脆清甜。汁燒雞肉蔥串🐔雞肉很肥美鮮嫩多汁,加入醬汁夾埋京蔥一起吃真是絕配。📍喬居酒屋🏮 太子
