呢排世界盃熱潮,驅使鐘情葡萄牙C朗既我都好想食番D葡國菜。香港食葡國菜既餐廳唔算多,今次我同媽媽搵左喺長沙灣呢間隱世小店。雖然離長沙灣地鐵站都有少少距離,不過跟住地圖都唔難搵。首先我地要左個葡萄牙著名既馬介休球做前菜,馬介休球係用腌製左既咸鳕魚和薯仔炸成球。外層炸到金黃色,外脆內軟,入口咸香又唔會過咸,味道岩岩好。配合埋伴碟既黑橄欖莎莎同黑醋沙律一齊食,可以中和番炸物既熱氣感。然後就有主菜美國安格斯草飼肉眼。由於媽媽唔食太生既肉,所以今次要求煎得比較熟。雖然係咁,但肉質依然好淋,仍然保持到好juicy。而伴碟既黑松露薯蓉有淡淡既黑松露香,配合埋牛肝菌汁味道剛好。另外再要多左一碟半熟蛋Carbonara。傳統既Carbonara入面加左菇、葡國香腸、大量芝士碎,仲有主角半熟蛋,蛋黃汁撈埋所有野之後超正!甜品部分,我要左個好耐無食過既木糠布甸。店員話木糠布甸係佢地自家製既, 好中意佢唔會太甜,而且亦好多餅乾碎,唔會成口都係得D cream。而最愛朱古力既媽媽就要左一個devil chocolate mousse。果然mousse如其名,朱古力味好濃,口感好豐富,而且mousse都做得好軟滑

6月份仲有個post facebook送白酒既大優惠! 我地今次要左一杯2015年德國Riesling Spatlese。餐廳將酒雪得夠哂冰凍,入口透心涼。酒既味道好甜,酒味唔太重,有D似果汁,連平時唔太飲得酒既媽媽都覺得好飲。
