今日我喺朋友介紹之下,去咗一間大角嘴嘅隱世火鍋店,鋪頭唔算易搵,但係去完之後,覺得遠啲都係值嘅。朋友介紹一定要試嘅係招牌菜——花甲蟹鍋湯底。花甲蟹鍋湯底係火鍋嘅靈魂。花甲同蟹都好新鮮,加上細心熬煮嘅湯汁,濃郁得嚟帶有海洋嘅鮮美同清甜。湯底係淡淡嘅黃金色,散發出誘人嘅香氣。象拔蚌唔係間間都好食,呢間嘅象拔蚌口感鮮嫩,紋理分明。喺花甲蟹鍋湯底裏面煮完之後,將湯底嘅鮮味提升到另一個層次,貴少少都應該要食。牛肉係我最重視嘅火鍋材料,我哋叫咗一個牛肉拼盤,唔同部位同油份嘅牛肉都有,啱唔同口味嘅朋友,牛肉肉質鮮紅有彈性,碌十秒好喇,牛肉鮮嫩,同湯底嘅濃郁完美融合,每一啖都能令人滿足。餃子同手打丸都係必食,三款唔同嘅餃都係皮薄餡多,餡料嘅調味恰到好處。煮熟之後,餃子吸收咗湯底嘅精華,如果唔係太飽,仲想再order多一碟。

牛肉係我最重視嘅火鍋材料,我哋叫咗一個牛肉拼盤,唔同部位同油份嘅牛肉都有,啱唔同口味嘅朋友,牛肉肉質鮮紅有彈性,碌十秒好喇,牛肉鮮嫩,同湯底嘅濃郁完美融合,每一啖都能令人滿足。
