Restaurant: 五月星牛肉麵

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 眾所週知,觀塘已經變成一個美食天堂,有好多隱世美食等大家去發掘,而係駱駝漆大廈3座入面就有間隱世台式的牛肉麵——五月星牛肉麵。入到去環境都幾大,坐落都舒適,室內裝潢設計成大排檔。點了老闆娘推介既刈包、招牌紅燒牛肉麵、清燉牛肉麵、貴妃醉豬手,同點左杯黑糖薑茶。刈包,係台式漢堡包,長橢圓扁形饅頭夾住餡料,白饅頭鬆軟,味道可口不錯!貴妃醉豬手以紹興花雕酒同小量中藥烹調而成,豬手入味夠腍,酒味亦不會太濃。黑糖薑茶味道適中,薑味不重亦不過甜。招牌紅燒牛肉麵及清燉牛肉麵分别以粒狀同片狀牛肉拌白麵條。招牌紅燒牛肉麵味道適中,不會太鹹,而清燉牛肉麵拌以新鮮蘿蔔,感覺清新,味道不會很淡。而最重要的是,食物都是不添加味精的。
