各位侍應會為大家推薦食物,我地選了 Black Pudding Scotch Egg with Piccalilli 作starter.
Piccalilli 變成焦點, black pudding 亦甘香美味。
主菜我地選了大份的Dedham Vale Beef Tartare 和 Seabass with Borlotti Beans, Chorizo and Cuttlefish, 配菜叫了薯條

Beef Tartare 成了另一個焦點,經過鹽室的aging, 一點調味都不用了,細緻的質地,輕輕的牛肉味,無可挑剔,只是覺得份量太少


另一魚由於牛太好,變得失色,魚皮煎脆多小小就好了。

配菜亦是心思菜,薯條先烚再炸2次,不過我都覺得差少少

最後甜品選了 Pain Perdu with Flambé Peaches, 枱邊的箸火表演,實在是打咭的時候!
味道不差,但是如果可以加多d酒,Peach 再淋身一點就perfect啦!

最後當然不可能不試的係香港F&M 限定的Musea Blend啦!有我最愛的 saffron 味,清清的black tea, 真的不想離開。

離開之後繼續行下F&M, 有個Tea bar可以試茶之餘更有聖誕special的貨品,另外店員更推介我地下次試煙三文魚和魚子醬,下回再試
