一向很少機會在圓方逛街,難得參加了活動,可以跟一大班朋友來個飯聚。由於食友預早訂檯,所以無須等位,實在太好了。清炒萵筍絲 ($78)餐前先來碟清新爽朗的萵筍絲,刨得夠幼細,綠油油的,賣相討好,入口甜美,不錯。孜然寸骨 ($108)食友推薦的一道菜,很有大漠菜的風味,可能要遷就香港人口味,孜然粉下得輕手,但寸骨肉味香濃,又不太油膩,用來佐酒一流。稻成小籠包 ($48/4隻)幾大隻,可以說是皮薄餡鮮,而且又多肉汁,比起不少馬馬虎虎的上海食店還要認真。鮮肉鍋貼 ($48/4隻)皮較厚是正常的,底部煎得微脆,豬肉亦夠鮮,與小籠包不遑多讓。螞蟻上樹 ($82)有時候真佩服前人的創意,充滿了幻想的一道菜,肉碎就如螞蟻爬在粉絲上,不會太濕,柔韌而富彈性,非常惹味,雖然並不是什麼名貴食材,但處理得好,就更覺難能可貴。水煮桂花魚 ($338)由於在坐有愛辣的朋友,因利乘便,點了水煮菜色,無疑用淡水魚肉質更嫩滑,但碎骨比較多,進食時要加倍小心,事實上湯碗面浮滿了川椒、八角及花椒,瀰漫了一陣辛勁,不過食落又不覺太辣,碗底的紅薯粉煙煙韌韌的,絕對不能錯過。恭親王京燒羊腩 ($158)其實與恭親王有什麼關係?拉

其實與恭親王有什麼關係?拉扯得太高了吧!無疑羊腩皮很香脆,與皮下的脂肪及羊肉的嫩滑,形成強烈對比,加上臊味不重,女孩子都可以接受。

一道很花時間的菜色,要把四季豆炒至乾身,要煸塌的賣相,入口要爽脆,但今次似乎未夠火喉。
難得的一次自發性聚會,食物水準不錯,開開心心的一晚。
