To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友去行街搵食,見到有肉骨茶既餐點,就即刻選擇入呢間餐食我覺得呢間既肉骨茶偏向藥材味重,似馬來西亞既風味多於星加坡,因為星加坡是偏向胡椒味重海鮮拉沙,湯底夠濃郁,米粉及面混合食都幾新穎,可以有不同的口感蝦餅干撈面,把醬汁與面撈埋一齊,香味撲鼻,蝦餅好味沙嗲串燒就不過不失班蘭檸檬薏米水,朋友點了熱飲,有班蘭味可能我點了凍的就喝不出來,味道都可以
