To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前都有食過隨心，覺得佢嘅海南雞飯同喇沙幾好食，於是今日帶朋友特登嚟到。大約一點左右，餐廳外面已經好多人，餐廳入面非常嘈吵，同幾年前寧靜嘅環境差得好遠。午餐嘅海南雞飯配有雞湯同紅茶。隨心嘅海南雞飯依然係咁有椰香味，配埋爽口嘅木耳，兩者維持一貫水平。反而雞就略為失色，無以前咁多肉同嫩，可能因為太多人幫襯而令質素下降。整體嚟講，隨心嘅雞飯喺同區入面依然出色，希望餐廳可以提升番雞嘅質素，令多啲人會食完再次幫襯。
