To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近天氣開始好凍,湯麵變左我的最愛冬天凍時飲下湯食下麵人生一大享受尋日去士林叫左碗雞扒酸辣麵食,因為食太辣對胃唔係咁好,所以我幾年前就介左食太辣ge野,所以同士林自制的辣椒油冇緣,平時只可以加少少解一下思愁,冇得食辣椒油我就轉左喜愛佢地的酸辣麵,又酸又有少少辣,好過隱,清湯底加酸辣變成紅當當的,好好飲,麵又好彈牙,雞扒隔左咁耐再食仍然係咁脆咁好食,再加一碟過橋餃子,就再好不過了好鐘意他們的過橋餃子,點餃子汁食又係一道令人食之回味久品不厭的好菜色.因為係冬天所以叫左杯熱的薑母奶茶飲,熱熱地加上又有薑味,飲完成個人都暖粒粒,而且奶茶又唔會過份的甜味,岩岩好甜味適中,
