To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天去了康城的陶源中菜，因為有陶源珍味三選一，可以叫一) 京式片皮鴨會員價88元一隻，二) 上湯或芝士澳洲龍蝦188元一隻送伊麵( 约1斤4両), 三) 清蒸游水東星斑188元一條 ( 约1斤4 両).我選了京式片皮鴨，片皮鴨好好味，雖然話一隻片皮鴨，但片皮鴨份量唔多，但片皮鴨的餅皮就好足够，我竟然有多餘的餅平，因為我會夾兩件片皮鴨去一塊餅皮內。我哋仲叫咗個黑椒牛仔骨煲，都非常好味。雖然其他小菜款式不多，但價錢合理，而且味道同質量都唔錯。而且侍應態度都好好，非常友善。還有落地窗，可以看到窗外景色，所以下次一定再幫襯。這次用餐共支付了 HKD 265元，我覺得非常扺食。
