燒鵝,對香港人來說一定不會陌生,但黑椒燒鵝就似乎只此一家。這家在澳門獲得米芝蓮的光環的食店,在香港的第一間店就落戶在深水埗。店內面積不大,但裝修上都很有中式的典雅感覺,深木色的原木橫樑,石砌的牆壁和對聯,加上中式枱櫈,感覺古式古香。黑椒燒鵝飯($68)👍👍👍👍燒鵝的賣相不錯,皮薄肉厚,外皮脆脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁,不太肥,黑椒味濃,肉汁滲入白飯上,令白飯也充滿黑椒味道。燒鵝很瘦,沒有多餘脂肪,肉味濃郁。珍肝飯($42)👍👍👍👍珍肝亦即是雞肝,不是很多地方有得吃。雞肝軟滑,有種入口即化的感覺,值得一試。唯現今都市人都怕吃內臟,怕膽固醇超標,但偶爾吃一次,或跟人分享也不錯。我起初見有兩種顏色的肝,以為其中一種是鴨肝,後來一問,才知兩種都是雞肝,只是顏色不同,就好像豬潤也有黃沙豬潤之分,顏色有分別。雞肝飯還附有幾片雞腎。每張枱面都有一個陳光記金牌門面內部裝潢Menu

燒鵝的賣相不錯,皮薄肉厚,外皮脆脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁,不太肥,黑椒味濃,肉汁滲入白飯上,令白飯也充滿黑椒味道。
燒鵝很瘦,沒有多餘脂肪,肉味濃郁。
