To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為疫情關係,已有一段時間未有與好友相聚;作為擁有華商銀行公會會員的好友約局,自然會選擇相關的食肆;位處中環的華商銀行公會餐廳,座落於區內的中心地帶,交通方便,可謂盡享地利優勢!是晚好友的約局七點開始,從中環地鐵站到餐廳大概是十分鐘的腳程;穿過下班熙攘的人潮,來到餐廳跟前,明亮的燈光映照著店名,依舊是熟悉的感覺!量了體溫進入餐廳,一眼望去,餐枱凳的排列很整齊,而且餐具很光潔!由於好友已事先訂制好菜式,人一齊便即可上菜;前菜小碟的子薑皮蛋作為冷盤,真的是冷盤--經過雪冷過的盤子來盛載冷凍的食物,單是在細節上已盡見心思!溏心皮蛋的蛋白與子薑的冰冷質感令其更爽脆,加上綿滑的溏心,濃郁的皮蛋氣息在味蕾上留下深刻的印記!隨後子薑的辣味又將味蕾洗刷乾淨,來迎接下一道小食;椒鹽魷魚鬚,薄薄的脆漿包裹著爽脆的魷魚鬚,少許的胡椒氣息有提鮮之效,令魷魚味更突出!花膠絲燴五蛇羹,以砂鍋盛載呈上,在分成四人份量時再以明火加熱,務求可以最適當的熱度享用,是為很適合秋冬的美味!湯底很濃密,首先嚐到花膠絲帶來一點爽脆的質感及本身帶著滋補的效果,有畫龍點睛之效!而薑絲的作用有祛寒提味之效,加上薄脆,灑上白菊花瓣,當然
