平時食開豚王、黑王、赤王、翠王四款基本味道(即係豬骨湯、墨汁豬骨湯、辣味豬骨、羅勒豬骨),今次食本月限定王「辛海老王」加一份餃子。辛海老王係赤王嘅分支,豚骨湯底加上辣肉碎同埋辣調味油之外,加入咗乾蝦粉同埋蝦油。辣嘅層次鮮明好多。叉燒有兩款腩肉或肩肉,麵可以揀傳統細麵或者太麵。我揀咗腩肉加太麵,腩肉濃油唔會俾辣味同蝦味蓋過,太麵又唔會過份掛湯太肥膩。今期限定王係比赤王好食。另外必點嘅係餃子,真係皮薄爆汁,每次嚟到一定要叫。
