大熱餅店Bakehouse終於有一間黎到九龍區🥳等一眾fans唔使過海都可以食到佢地既新鮮出爐麵包,記得以前舊公司有人請食散水餅就係佢地既酸種蛋撻,由灣仔拎過黎都仲好好食😋鋪頭位於漢口道,用咗佢既招牌紅磚牆加上黑色窗架裝修🧱雖然鋪位唔大但係都一應俱全,望住果個display櫃就隻隻都想試不過尖沙咀店有限定味道就係爆餡菠蘿包🍍咁有港式風味就梗係唔錯過啦,一個都要價$22,差唔多等如2件撻,食完覺得就一般般🙃一共有2️⃣款口味,蘋果肉桂菠蘿包同鹹蛋脆皮雲呢嗱夾心菠蘿包,製作上係以Brioche為基礎,上面果層菠蘿皮係分別用黑糖皮同鹹蛋黃整,焗起之後再唧入蘋果肉桂或者雲呢嗱奶油內餡🍞但咬落就唔係太酥脆,好似都放咗幾耐咁,上面層皮味道唔太出色😔內裡餡料同麵包唔算好夾,冇鹹甜交雜口感,都係食返蛋撻正好多
