食海鮮嚟講,我同太太都比較鍾意食原味.燒或者蒸都可以,因為咁先可以食得到最鮮嘅味道。但是首要條件係新鮮,同埋係當造!呢間"漁獲浜燒"第2次嚟都係比超高分首先叫咗個沙律先! 呢個"黑松露野菜碟魚邊沙律"上枱嘅時間已經聞到香濃嘅黑松露味,再加埋特色醬汁,輕輕燒過嘅碟魚邊,魚油又香又厚,加埋新鮮野菜一齊食。我唔鍾意食菜嘅都食咗半碟!不錯喔~刺身嘅時間刺身比較講求時節,今次竟然食到秋刀魚刺身,秋刀特別嘅地方係魚身較為濃味,擁有肥美嘅口感。我個人嚟講好like!勁大隻嘅牡丹蝦,將蝦頭鮮甜嘅膏,點落蝦身。鮮味到唔需要點豉油~馬糞海膽:每條海膽都好分明,唔會痴埋一堆,食落非常滑口鮮甜.吞拿魚:油脂分佈平均,甘香無根,我本人鍾意食呢個部分多過大拖羅.味噌蟹甲羅燒: 鍾意食蟹膏嘅朋友千祈唔好錯過,滑滑嘅蟹膏加埋淡淡嘅味噌,食落唔會太鹹。真係想叫個飯撈埋嚟食重要嘅事終於出場啦!活貝漁獲浜燒盛合~貝類全部都係郁郁吓,新鮮度爆燈!蟹肉亦表現得晶瑩剔透!係新鮮啊~燒蠔:廚師仔將肥蠔燒到7成熟,一咬入口,啲汁咇晒出嚟,比起生食蠔味更突出更甜。燒南非鮑魚: 雖然好厚身不過廚師仔功力好,燒熟之餘唔會燒到乾,仲要燒到金
