To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 日本燒肉一向係香港人所愛,故牛角一到香港就已經風靡全香港,今日熱潮過咁d就黎試一試啦頭盤叫左個凍豆腐同沙律食凍豆腐凍凍地之餘仲酸酸地,一個好開胃既小食,再加上隻半熟既蛋,真係好美味,而沙律就比較普通,但友人鍾意食所以叫食完頭盤就黎主題 – 燒肉總共叫左四款肉,分別係牛肩肉,香草雞肉,牛脷同和牛粒牛肩肉好普通,無特別可以香草雞肉燒落都幾香,食落算係嫩口,醃得都唔錯牛脷雖然幾大條,但係食落無果份質感,比較鬆散同少左d牛味最好食既都係鹿兒島既和牛粒,相對牛肉味重,但牛油卻不是很夠最後食個牛肉湯飯,熱辣辣香噴噴上好正,用黎埋尾就最好啦整體黎講牛角既賣點係平民化,所以食材方面都平民左,要高質素既就唔好黎牛角,但要個日本燒肉feel同食d比較好少少既燒肉牛角都係唔錯既!!!

整體黎講牛角既賣點係平民化,所以食材方面都平民左,要高質素既就唔好黎牛角,但要個日本燒肉feel同食d比較好少少既燒肉牛角都係唔錯既!!!
