To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食完冷盤,就想食返d暖野,見到有蟹粉小籠包喎,阿爸飛佛,一定要叫啦!

woo...翅喎,雖則係碎翅,但個湯真係好濃好香, 而且有菜擔,煲得好冧甜,雲吞皮好滑,菜肉雲吞好飽滿,好好食,而且成個湯有用金華火腿,所以湯底好甘香,老媽子果然識叫啊下!

松子黃魚 - 今晚既主菜黎啦....
黃魚炸到鬆化,店員好貼心咁切開一塊塊! 黃魚皮脆肉嫩,入口即溶! 不過個重點係個汁,果陣酸甜味,真係聞到已經流口水! 又唔係咕嚕汁,又唔係五柳汁,係一種上海菜傳統既甜酸味! 係呢種味啦,好傳統,但就係想食呢種味道!

火腿津白 - 老人家鐘意食菜,又點可能唔叫最出名既雲腿津白呢? 津白真係整得好冧甜,吸晒金華火腿既鹹香味,配埋奶白色既汁,就係食到停唔到口!老飯店食到既,真係最經典既味道, 冧甜鹹鮮都有齊,好食!

最後阿爸話未夠飽,點都要叫返個主食! 咁當然要點佢既飛佛:上海粗炒啦!

係...確實係最普通既菜式,但就係咁先試到師傅既傳統手勢! 粗炒條條都炒得好均勻,夠晒入味,而且好多白菜配埋一齊,雖然係普通菜式,但夠晒經典。

啊...食到好飽啦,但點要食d甜品既! 我點左最愛既高麗豆沙!

面皮炸得好鬆軟, 入面既豆沙比外面既多好多多,而且唔會好甜! 正...如果面再多d糖就正!
