To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 心血來潮，想黎望住個景食嘢，喺我享受緊望住個景食嘢嗰陣，個阿姐無端端落窗簾完全遮住晒個景，我要求開返個窗簾，阿姐唔肯，而現場所見就冇客人話要落簾嘅，隔籬枱嘅叔叔都係咁樣講叫阿姐開返。跟住阿姐話會曬親客人背脊，所以唔開簾wor。1. 如果客人覺得曬，應該掉位坐個唔曬嘅位，而唔係要全餐廳嘅客人為咗就佢而冇得睇住個景食嘢。2. 我要求開簾，你可以選擇開我嗰個位嘅簾，唔係全部落哂簾。以上咁合理嘅嘢咁樣都做唔到，加上現場唔見有客人要求關簾，好明顯就係啲阿姐唔想接觸到陽光所以唔肯開簾，而嗰一刻根本一啲都唔曬。希望管理層睇到，職員幫你趕走緊啲為左睇景嚟食嘢嘅客人走。
